FAQ

Believe it or not, many people have the same questions. Allow April  to guide you on finding the answers.

How much should I expect to spend on purchasing a home?

All potential buyers should realistically have a price range that is within their mortgage means. Only you know what you can afford. Once you're pre-approved by a lender, you will have an exact idea on what you can expect to spend.

Am I limited on how much renovation and remodeling I can do?

Most of the time, no. However, if your property is apart of a Homeowner's Association, you may have some, but not many, restrictions.

Do I want an older home or new one?

Don't let the age of the home be the reason you place an offer or not. Believe it or not, alot of older homes have been updated to meet the needs and standards of  todays buyers!

How many bathrooms do I need? How many would I like to have?

Whether you have children or not,  extra bedrooms come in handy. Some use them and convert them into office spaces, closets, storage rooms, guest rooms, and even craft rooms. The possibilities are endless.

What style of home do I prefer? (single family, townhouse, condo, etc.)

Everyone has a different preference. Think about space. No matter which style is for you, make sure it has enough living space to make you comfortable for years to come!
